Google Adsense lack of sense

I´ve been working as an adsense editor since February 2004, 2 months away for my 5 year anniversary with Google my primary domain is banned from showing ads because a sexy video containing no nudity. On Dic. 2 I received a mail from adsense saying that my site contains adult content (expectaculos.net/2008/11/25/video-de-belinda-topless), and that I have 72 hours to change it, and that they automatically notice the changes, so the ads will not be affected. Although I knew that video was not violating the rules I decide to remove it the moment I receive the mail (10 hours later because the mail was sent from Spain), and I thought that the problem was resolved, 6 days later I notice that the ads was not showing not only in this domain but in all of its sub domains (commonly they only disable a single domain, not the whole thing), I sent a mail to adsense-support with no response so I made a request using their form for invalid clicks cancellations and they answer me saying that they can not permit to put ads again because my site was violating their rules. So why telling me I have 72  hours to modify it if this is not true?

What I think happened was that they expected me to remove the ads on that entry and that is how they will detect the changes, but instead of that I remove the video and they not automatically detect this, and that´s why my domain gets banned from adsense, crazy!!

I would expect that over the years and more than 81 millions of page impressions (adsense report), I will have a more personal treatment and someone with common sense looking at my account, but apparently not, now my domain 7 years old will have to died because of this.

Google is going bigger and bigger leaving a few people wich I guess has tons of work which leads to poor criteria and common sense deciding important things the bad way.

He sido editor de google adsense desde febrero del 2004, a solo dos meses de cumplir 5 años con ellos mi principal dominio ha sido baneado de mostrar sus anuncios debió a un vídeo sexy que no contenía ningún desnudo. El 2 de diciembre recibo un mail de adsense diciendo que mi sitio violaba sus políticas conteniendo material no apto para menores (expectaculos.net/2008/11/25/video-de-belinda-topless), y que tenia 72 horas para modificarlo y que ellos automáticamente detectarían los cambios para que no se vieran afectados mis anuncios. A pesar de saber que el video no violaba las reglas decidí removerlo al momento de leer el mail (10 horas después de mandado pues tenia horario de españa), y pensé que el problema estaba solucionado, 6 días después noto que no se muestran mis anuncios en este sitio así como en todos sus subdominios (normalmente solo banean al subdominio infractor y no a todos), envié un mail a adsense-support pero jamas contestaron por lo que decidí hacer una petición vía su forma de cancelaciones por clicks inválidos y recibí la respuesta de que “Puesto que su sitio infringía las políticas de AdSense, no es posible que este sitio vuelva a participar en el programa.”, entonces me pregunto ¿porque me dicen que tengo 72 horas para modificar el contenido si esto no es verdad?

Lo que creo que paso fue que ellos querían que yo eliminara los anuncios de esa entrada en particular, cosa que es por demás difícil y a eso se referian con que detectarian los cambios automaticamente, pero en lugar de eso yo elimine el video y al no notar los cambios me banearon el dominio, increible!

Esperaría que después de todos estos años trabajando juntos, mas de 81 millones de impresiones de pagina (según su propio sitio adsense report), tendría un trato mas personalizado para tratar este tipo de problemas, pero aparentemente no, seguro es un becario mas sin ningún tipo de criterio, ahora mi dominio de mas de 7 años tendrá que morir debido a esto.

Google crece y crece convirtiéndose en un monstruo dejando que pocos empleados manejen mucho trabajo dejándolos con poco criterio y sentido común decidiendo cosas muy importantes de mala manera.
