Brokeback Mountain, la pelicula sobre el romance de unos vaqueros gays gano el dia de hoy 4 premios BAFTAs (British Academy Film Awards), incluyendo el de mejor pelicula, y esto nos hace pensar que en el Oscar podria ser la gran ganadora, en dos semanas lo sabremos.

Ang Lee gano como mejor director, Reese Witherspoon fue premiada por mejor actriz y Philip Seymour Hoffman como mejor actor por Capote.
