La cantante mexicana Ximena Sariñana es la única latinoamericana invitada a participar en el proyecto de cuatro discos titulados “Chimes of freedom: The songs of Bob Dylan“, con el cual celebrarán el 50 aniversario de Amnistía Internacional (AI) y a Bob Dylan, quien también cumple medio siglo de carrera discográfica.

Serán 80 cantantes de todo el mundo los encargados de interpretar grandes clásicos de Dylan.


Además de Sariñana, quien tendrá a su cargo el tema “I want you”, la lista de invitados incluye a Adele, Miley Cyrus, Dave Matthews Band, Ke$ha, Johnny Cash, Mark Knopfler, Diana Krall, Lenny Kravitz, Kris Kristofferson.

También intervendrán Ziggy Marley, Maroon 5, Tom Morello y My Chemical Romance, así como los músicos Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Patti Smith, Sting, Sugarland y Evan Rachel Wood.
